Pet Drops Ins

Drop-in visits are great for cats, birds, fish, reptiles, furry critters and other pets who need daily attention, but not necessarily all day and night.

 FAQs

  • Drop-ins start at 30 mins which is the most popular option. One hour drop-ins are also available, as well as longer durations if needed (and available).

  • The most common need for a drop-in visit is feeding the pets, socializing with them, and for cats, cleaning the litter box. If you’re gone for longer than a couple of days, small household tasks may be required and can be included within the drop-in visit time frame.

Tasks can include mail collection, moving garbage bins, watering plants, turning on/off lights, cleaning litter boxes, food preparation, checking that tank equipment is functioning properly, etc.

Administering medication is also possible so long as the method is non-invasive (i.e. topical flea medications, pills given in food, etc.).

  • Yes! Drop-ins are also good for dogs with mobility issues or leash anxiety. In some cases there are dogs who benefit most from a one hour drop-in visit that includes a short walk with some play, cuddle time, or a meal at home.

  • Robi is very professional and accommodating. We have a senior pet (17-yr-old chihuahua mix) with special needs, and Robi is very patient and understanding with her. Try Wiggle Away!

  • Roberta (owner of Wiggle Away) is absolutely lovely to work with. She looks after our three dogs - boarding & walking; they adore her. She provides daily "walk" updates per our request - she really exercises them well & that's what a dog wants & us too;). She is always punctual. We can now take vacations stress-free because we know Robi will continue to take good care of our pets. I highly recommend giving Robi a go!
